Why do you want to be a tutor?
- There's three reasons I want to be a tutor.
First, there's the students. Watching a student develop and acquire new skills is fascinating, and it fosters an immense sense of pride in both the student and the job done to know that you've facilitated that.
Second, there's the social reason. Education is crucial to maintaining a world we want to live in. Any degree of help I could offer to a student would not only be beneficial to that student, but to society as a whole.
Third, there's the financial reason. I need money and you get that through work.
Why should a student pick you?
- I enjoy teaching and I like my students to enjoy learning. The process of learning, no matter what the subject, is different for everyone. I engage my students on whatever level motivates them the most, and do my best to make learning exciting.

- My name's Sam. I'm qualified to tutor English, French, history, geography, and any field of social studies. I'm from Austin, Texas originally but moved for college. I graduated from Claremont McKenna College in California with a BA in International Relations. Most recently I've taught English in Thailand.
